We would like to remind you of the importance of encouraging your clients to fill out their immigration and customs forms prior to their arrival at Montego Bay, Jamaica.
Jamaica is a country with a unique culture and indescribable beauty, currently attracting unprecedented numbers of tourists. During this very busy travel period, we wanted to share some important information regarding Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay to ensure our guests arrival and departure experiences are as seamless as possible.
ARRIVAL
All guests arriving to Jamaica are encouraged to complete their immigration and customs forms online at https://www.enterjamaica.com prior to arrival. By encouraging your clients to complete these forms in advance, you will be helping them to avoid any potential delays or complications upon arrival.
DEPARTURE
• All departing guests are urged to be at the airport at least three hours prior to departure. The resort team will arrange guest shuttles to accommodate this timeline.
• Guests are strongly encouraged to check in online before departing the resort. Those who have a mobile boarding pass and do not have checked bags can proceed directly to security upon arrival to the airport.
