Dear Sir/Madam,

Hereby I inform you that I, Hooman Shariati and my travel-mate Mrs 
Fatemeh Ahmadi can't be
I hereby announce that my travel companion Mrs Fatemeh Ahmadi and I 
Hooman Shariati are unable to attend the visa application process due to 
war conditions and I request to cancel the visa application appointment.
To cancel this appointment, I tried to announce it through the website 
and also by phone or to obtain the necessary information, but 
unfortunately, neither is available.
