  - The cancellation of the appointment request can be made before
appointment date is assigned. There is no possibility to shift or cancel
the appointment when the date has been assigned and in case of not being
present on the appointment day and not submitting the application, the
registration fee will not be refunded.

  The necessary documents must be submitted completely during the
application process. In order to avoid delays in the application
process, we ask you to check your documents for completeness before your
appointment. Further information on the required documents [8] and fees

  - Consular fees for the visa and the Visametric coordination fee must
be paid just in cash in euros.

  - On the appointment date you will be accepted only from 30 minutes
before to 30 minutes after the announced appointment time.

  - Please note that you fill out the request form for the refund [8] of
your appointment booking completely and correctly and bring it on your
appointment day.

  - Visametric is the only company officially authorized by the Italian
Embassy in Tehran to collect visa applications for Italy and has been
approved by the competent authorities after carrying out certain
procedures, therefore be wary of companies, travel agencies and
profit-seeking persons who promise you to schedule an appointment faster
or to prepare your documents.

  - Persons outside of Visametric are not affiliated with Visametric or
the Embassy of Italy. There is no cooperation between the Embassy and
other intermediaries or travel agencies. Other service providers have no
access to the appointment system and have no influence on the visa
